MEASUREMENTS:  Approximate lengths & sizes of items are given as a guide to help you - please be aware that actual sizes may vary slightly.   

REFUNDS: I am confident that you will be happy with your goods & hope that you will recommend Silver Showcase!   HOWEVER if you are unsatisfied please advise me within 7 days of receipt.  Please return the item(s) securely packaged & undamaged.  A FULL REFUND will be arranged.  Please note that I do not offer refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons, or for RINGS.  Your statutory rights remain applicable. 

AVAILABILITY:  All items are offered subject to availability.  If pieces are no longer available you will be informed, and if payment has been processed, be offered a full refund.   

DESPATCH:  Goods are usually despatched within 7 working days (or sooner). All items are presented in a gift black gift bag & padded envelope by first class recorded mail.  In the unlikely event that despatch within 7 working days is not possible, you will be informed you by email or telephone.  Polite Reminder! Silver Showcase cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control eg postal strikes.  Please advise of specific deadlines (eg a birthday) at the time of ordering if necessary.
